Founded in 1811 as the First Church of Houlton and rebuilt in 1 1903 this historic Mission Style church is located at 61 Military Street (U.S. Route 2) in the heart of Houlton by the city’s Peace Park and Band Stand.
The grand Mission Style Sanctuary houses the Frisbee Organ, while the heated Parlor provides a warm and cozy setting for services in colder winter months.
The Coffee House setting on the ground floor offers a great space for congregational events and the monthly Houlton Coffee House musical entertainment usually from 6 -9 on the “…teenth” Sunday of each month. It is also the Cup Cafe with very limited opening times and is available for special functions.
