Our February 12, 2023 10:00am Sunday Service will be in the Parlor of our church at 61 Military Street, Houlton 

With Valentine’s Day approaching our Sunday Morning Service theme is (of course) love. We also have special music from the Unitunes, Rosalind Morgan and Dale Holden on the piano.

This service is a follow-up from last Sunday’s talk on “Building Community” as we will be discussing Dave’s 4 Points on Building Community and catching up on other questions that may have come up during recent weeks. This is your opportunity to ask questions!

And since several of our members are celebrating wedding anniversaries this week, we are having a special coffee hour party for anyone celebrating an anniversary or birthday during the month of February. We have cake! We also invite everyone to wear something red for the occasion. 

Our YouTube service this week includes a nod to “winter and cold” and we continue our series on Belonging with a talk titled “Building Community.” Linda and I were on retreat last Fall at Santosha on the Carrabassett, a yoga and conference center, and I share part of that experience and how it relates to building a sense of community.
